You Rock and So Does Your Mom

We are so grateful for every one of you. THANK YOU for supporting us on #GivingTuesdayNOW! We are thrilled that we raised $2695 to support our programming (see below for how we’ve been pivoting). (There is still time to give….help us reach $3000 to support compassion for the long haul.)

AND it’s Mother’s Day tomorrow! Shout out to all the moms, caregivers, aunts, special “moms” in our lives! We’re sending flowers to your moms. With every donation in honor of your mom, we’ll send her a virtual flower bouquet. And with every $150 donation, if mom lives within 10 miles of 30328 we’ll deliver flowers to her door this week! (A gift from a local florist and mom, Flower Design by Joan)

A quick update on our programming…

  • We’ve launched a Compassionate ATL Ambassador/Intern Program for teens to strengthen their compassion muscles.
  • We’re working with local refugee leaders to share information and discuss gaps that need to be addressed during this difficult time and advocate for solutions.
  • We’ve reached over 5,000 people through Zoom and online platforms.
  • We’re working with our partners and funders, like GPB TV, Global Ubuntu, Atlanta Pride Committee, and Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence to continue creating welcoming communities for all.
This is all possible because of your support. Thank YOU!
Our Giving Tuesday campaign is still on until midnight Sunday, May 10th so give what you can and spread the love.

Choose Kindness.
Stay Safe!
