Standing Silence.

Silence.

This Sunday Compassionate Atlanta is part of an inaugural event called Standing Silence. We will be gathering with people of many different backgrounds to quietly turn our attention to social justice.

There is so much noise that surrounds us daily. Our voices can be used to heal or to harm. And while there are many opportunities to share our voices, how often do we get to be quiet?

I invite you to join us at the Standing Silence event below to look inward, to rest your soul, to gain strength in community—in shared Silence.

Compassion around Atlanta

I remember exactly where I was on the morning of September 11, 2001.  I’m guessing that you remember where you were, too. I had no idea how the day would impact my life and my work.
