Live with Compassion!

Breathe. Just breathe. If it feels like the world is on fire, what can you do? Go and get oxygen for yourself to breathe. I have no words of wisdom. But I encourage you to seek some out – seek out the oxygen. There are many wise voices compelling the world to see our common humanity. I encourage you to be one of those wise voices and I encourage you to find a mentor who can help you breathe and learn how to grow, learn how to listen, how to LOVE BIG and how to show up. I wish you peace and I hope you will do something this weekend that helps bring your compassion to life.

Compassion around Atlanta

I remember exactly where I was on the morning of September 11, 2001.  I’m guessing that you remember where you were, too. I had no idea how the day would impact my life and my work.
