Let it be a year of positivity and growth!

It’s January! So, do I resolve… or do I evolve? I’m getting all these messages about resolutions for the new year and I realized that they make me a bit anxious. What if I aim too high? What if I aim too low? How will I stick to them? What if I fail?

Then it occurred to me, I don’t have to “resolve”—because it’s a journey. Life is a marathon not a sprint. Each step I take in a positive direction gets me closer to living a more fulfilled and abundant life.

So this new year, I wish you space to evolve. One step, one courageous compassionate conversation, one new friend, one thank you note you might not have otherwise written, one hug, one deep breath, one more mindful moment.

I can’t wait to share the rest of 2018 with you.

Compassion around Atlanta

I remember exactly where I was on the morning of September 11, 2001.  I’m guessing that you remember where you were, too. I had no idea how the day would impact my life and my work.
