Every Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Join us on Thursdays for a relaxing session of Yoga. Michelle Fiory, yoga instructor, will work on breathing, warm-up, and stretches to develop strength and flexibility that will tide you through the rest of the week.
The classes will be FREE, but we invite Donations for the garden. All are welcome! Please bring a mat, water, and a small towel.
