Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Film Screening

March 21, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

FREE

Join us for a birthday celebration in honor of Mr. Rogers, born on March 20, 1928. Guests will enjoy a free screening of Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, in which Academy Award-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville (Twenty Feet from Stardom) looks back on the legacy of Fred Rogers, focusing on his radically kind ideas. While the nation changed around him, Fred Rogers stood firm in his beliefs about the importance of protecting childhood. Guests will also be invited to participate in several hands-on activities including a nieghborhood photo booth, Mr. Rogers memory sharing and trivia, and birthday cake!

Activities begin at 6:30, film screening at 7:30.
