#GAGives on #GivingTuesday connects diverse groups of individuals, communities and organizations around the world for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving.

WE NEED YOU!  The world is as polarized as ever and now is the time to raise the voice of compassion throughout our cities and communities.

Here is what your $$ has helped to accomplish so far in 2017:
•   CA has hosted events reaching over 2,000 people with the message of self-compassion, mindfulness and how compassion in action can change lives for the giver and the receiver
•   CA has 100 charter partners who work, in some way, through a compassionate lens
•   CA offers monthly mindfulness and compassion workshops to the community
•   CA is active in working with other organizations on issues of racial justice
•   CA’s youth initiative is working to incorporate Compassion Corners in more schools and offer mindfulness training to teachers and school staff
