Compassionate Web Series

Facials and Cookies with Susan Gonzalez, Owner of MOON Organics.

Join webinar

This is a fun interactive session that combines skincare and comfort food! We will learn about skin health from the inside out.  With a few ingredients from the kitchen, I will walk you through making a DIY facial mask (the fun kind!).  While that goes to work on your skin, we will put the rest of the batter ion a cookie tray and bake it into cookies!  Have fun feeding your skin inside and out.

If you can please have the following ready before the session…
Oven preheated at 350 F
cookie tray
4 tablespoons raw rolled oats (you’ll need a way to powder the oats into flour…a coffee grinder or food processor works.) Use gluten free if you’re sensitive
If you don’t have a way to process the oats, you can use the whole oats for the cookies and substitute cocoa powder for the mask
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds (optional)
2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)
1 tablespoon Sun butter or almond butter (optional)
bowl and spoon to mix everything
you could make the cookies and mask from just oats and banana if you like, but the optional ingredients make both the mask and the cookies better.
