Have I told you lately how wonderful you are? Yes, YOU! I really mean it. You are wonderful just the way you are. Your flaws, and all. There is no one just like you. And I’m so grateful for that.

Have you noticed? Have you thanked yourself for being just you? There is no one exactly like you on this planet. Will you do me a quick favor? Repeat after me, “ I am beautiful just the way I am. I am loved. I am grateful for all that I am.”

For many people, it’s Christmas time. This time of the year can be joyful and it can be sad or overwhelming. I wish you the space to hold your beautiful essence. YOU are the gift.
